Refund and Return Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your order, I don’t want you to keep it. Return it for a store credit or refund. All styles available at this website are made to order, custom designed styles. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. If your item or order is defective or damaged, please contact V.I.P Support for assistance immediately. You have up to thirty, (30) days to return the merchandise.
Refund And Store Credit
Please allow up to five, (5) business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us. Online credits are sent via email to the email used at checkout. Your item must arrive back to us within 30 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt. Once we receive your package, we will inspect it and issue you an online credit (shipping fee not included).
To All International Customers:
International returns are at the customer’s own expense. On your parcel please state ‘Return of Goods’ on the customs declaration form, which is provided by the local post office or the courier you choose to return your items with. Failure to do this will result in you being liable for the cost of customs.
USPS First Class: 5 – 15 business days
Diamondfire Apparel Exotic Indie Fashion Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered at or to/delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Please double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout.
If your package is held at the post office more than likely customs fees are due. You would need to cover the fees in order to retrieve the package. If the package is sent back to us we will notify you to re-attempt delivery. At that time we cannot cancel, refund, nor credit the order, as by that time, it would’ve fallen outside of the return policy allowed. Diamondfire Apparel is not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or a package being left unclaimed at the post office.
